Ice on the RailsA path diverged through the woods  And dragged me through the Midwest  On past Hibbing, though in Hibbing I could not stay  Weariness was the battle cry  And the foghorns on the river were the end all be all  Though they never seemed to begin or end  And like the horizon, I was only just up ahead

Well, I just posted my first actual work of art for the New Year, and only a month and sixteen days late... so I thought I would follow that up with an overdue journal entry.

Unfortunately, it is more of the same. My apologies. I've been in an artistic funk for awhile now, one that I hesitate to call ennui - though that word may very well be accurate. I haven't drawn since October 12th (yes, I know the date), and poetry, prose, and songs are few and far between.

The drawing bit worries a bunch of people, though me, I figure I'll pick it up again eventually. Or maybe I won't. Eitherway, I'm okay with it, and that means everyone else should be okay with it too (though, at the moment they are not - one of them even cried...).

Really... I just can't wait for Spring to get here already...
